Visceral artery aneurysms, which could be either true or pseudo, are abnormal focal dilations of vessels supplying the abdominal organs. True aneurysms, by definition, suggest dilation of the vessel in response to increased blood flow, ultimately causing a blood-filled sac to form. Pseudoaneurysm, however, is the pooling of blood in surrounding tissues secondary to trauma or rupture.

Gastroduodenal artery aneurysm is a rare vascular lesion, asymptomatic in the majority of cases. However, ruptured aneurysm is associated with poor prognosis and mortality can achieve a 40% rate. We here report the case of an 83-year-old patient with abrupt onset of non-specific abdominal pain associated with hematemesis.

Background And Aims: Arterial pseudoaneurysms associated with pancreatic fluid collections (PFC's) are serious complication of pancreatitis. There is insufficient data on safety of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) guided drainage in these patients.
Aim: To retrospectively analyze results of combination of angioembolisation followed by EUS guided transmural drainage of PFC's associated with pseudoaneurysms.

We present the case of a 75-year-old patient with asymptomatic gastro-duodenal artery aneurism (GAA) that was coiled through the left femoral artery. The gastro-duodenal artery (GDA) was then embolized. Following the intervention, the patient's left foot became cold.
