In Situ Raman Spectra and Machine Learning Assistant Thermal Annealing Optimization for Effective Phototransistors.

ACS Appl Mater Interfaces

March 2025

State Key Laboratory of Luminescent Materials and Devices, Institute of Polymer Optoelectronic Materials and Devices, Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Luminescence from Molecular Aggregates, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640, P. R. China.

The relationship between the structure and function of condensed matter is complex and changeable, which is especially suitable for combination with machine learning to quickly obtain optimized experimental conditions. However, little research has been done on the effect of temperature on condensed matter and how it affects device performance because the difference between the in situ physical property parameters (which are lowered by the surface tension and mixing entropy) and the basic parameters of the bulk makes accurate AI predictions difficult. In this work, P3HT/ITIC was chosen as the donor/acceptor material for the active layer of organic phototransistors (OPTs).

Objective: To review several behavioral economics-based interventions ("healthy nudges") aimed at mitigating the overuse and underuse of healthcare resources -phenomena associated with poorer health outcomes and increased costs.

Method: A comparative case study approach is used to assess the effectiveness of ten studies designed to improve treatment adherence and prevent underuse, as well as those focused on improving prescribing practices to address overuse.

Results: First, healthy nudges are generally effective, although there is considerable variability in their outcomes.

Background: Intrathecal morphine is the mainstay for post-Caesarean multimodal analgesia but is associated with important side-effects. Novel ultrasound-guided abdominal wall fascial plane blocks are proposed as intrathecal morphine alternatives, but evidence of effectiveness is conflicting. We compared the analgesic effects of fascial plane blocks with those of intrathecal morphine after Caesarean delivery.

Programmable 2H-MoTe FGFET-Based CMOS Array.

Nano Lett

March 2025

State Key Lab for Mesoscopic Physics and Frontiers Science Center for Nano-optoelectronics, School of Physics, Peking University, Beijing 100871, China.

A programmable 2H-MoTe floating-gate field-effect transistor (FGFET)-based complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) array has been fabricated on the grown substrate. Coplanar grown metallic 1T'-MoTe serves as the source and drain electrodes. The conductive type of the 2H-MoTe channel is manipulated by a top-gate engineering method.

We examined whether the glucose levels and awareness of individuals without diabetes changed after using a sensor-based intermittently scanned continuous glucose monitoring (isCGM) system in their daily lives. Japanese individuals without a diabetes diagnosis wore the isCGM system while maintaining a normal lifestyle during the baseline period. A certified diabetes educator coached them on how to improve their lifestyle based on information from sensor data, food journals, and body composition.
