This study aims to predict the future consumption of the ten most prescribed antibacterial drugs in Germany up to 2040 using ARIMA (Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average) models, based on historical prescription data. Background: Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is categorized as a complicated disorder of extreme fatigue lasting for at least six months without any underlying medical problem and currently has no concrete treatment regimen. This is associated with neurological complications like brain fog, insomnia, psychiatric disturbances and above all neuroinflammation. A chronic forced swim test model of CFS has been established since more than a decade at our laboratory.

Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is recognized to be in the Alzheimer's disease (AD) cognitive continuum. An international working group known as the SCD-initiative recently proposed "SCD plus" features, including report of memory problems, recent SCD relative to conversion, SCD over age 60, and consistent SCD over time, that increase the risk for future objective cognitive decline. In recent years, the incidence of fungal infections has been rising annually, especially among immunocompromised populations, posing a significant challenge to public health. Although antifungal medications provide some relief, the escalating problem of resistance sharply curtails their effectiveness, presenting an urgent clinical dilemma that demands immediate attention.
