Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease that results in motor, sensory, cognitive, and affective deficits. Hippocampal demyelination, a common occurrence in MS, is linked to impaired cognitive function and mood. Despite this, the precise mechanisms underlying cognitive impairments in MS remain elusive.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune neurodegenerative disease affecting approximately 3 million people globally. Despite rigorous research on MS, aspects of its development and progression remain unclear. We utilized a publicly available RNA-seq dataset (GSE138614) consisting of the post-mortem white matter tissues of five donors without any neurological disorders and ten MS patient donors.

Objective: Raynaud's phenomenon is a common symptom of systemic sclerosis. We previously reported that elbow heating increases angiopoietin-1 in the fingertips and alleviates Raynaud's phenomenon. Angiopoietin-1 levels decrease in patients with systemic sclerosis with severe capillary damage.

We present the case of a 61-year-old woman with a histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of plaque morphea. The disease began about four years ago with the appearance of a single oval sclerotic plaque located on the front surface of the right lower leg. After topical treatment, the plaque underwent reverse development.
