In the United States, socioeconomic disparities are a reality that shapes the challenges many communities of color experience. Throughout the globe, community-based initiatives have been explored as a way to reduce several barriers that contribute to social inequalities. One in particular, the Promotora framework, has been widely used to improve health outcomes.

Objective: Although bedrails are considered a restraint measure under the legal regulations in Spain, no data on the related perceptions of healthcare professionals (HCPs) are available. Thus, this study aimed to calculate the proportion of HCPs in the hospital setting that consider bedrails to be a restraint measure.
Methods: Between June and December 2022, a cross-sectional online survey was conducted among the HCPs at our institution.

Introduction: Community health workers (CHWs) help bridge the cultural gap between health services and the communities they serve. CHWs work with physicians, nurses and social workers, but little is known about their collaboration with pharmacists. This scoping review aims to describe the interprofessional collaboration between CHWs and pharmacists, the types of interventions they deliver and CHWs' and pharmacists' specific roles within these interventions.

Background: Foreign migrant workers from malaria-endemic regions play a critical factor in the transmission of malaria to non-endemic areas, mainly due to their mobility while seeking employment opportunities. This risk is particularly heightened in areas where malaria vectors are present.
Methods: This study aimed to investigate the malaria vectors in two sub-districts in Khon Kaen Province, known for their factory areas and the significant presence of Myanmar migrant worker communities.
