Purpose: The aim of the present study was to compare clinical and radiological outcomes between the all-inside single bundle (SB) and a modified double-bundle (DB) anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions (ACLR) at over 5-year follow-up.
Methods: This is an observational, retrospective comparative, two-centre study. Clinical outcomes were evaluated using Lysholm and International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) scores, and anterior tibial translation (ATT) was assessed using the KT-1000 arthrometer.

Traumatic diaphragmatic injuries following blunt or penetrating trauma have a low incidence rate. Symptoms can be obscured by distracting injuries or, in some cases, patients can be asymptomatic, making diagnosis difficult. Introduction: The reverse sural flap (RSF) is a random-type, pedicled flap based on sural artery perforators indicated for traumatic lower-extremity wounds. The RSF has demonstrated comparable results to free flap placement in the adult population for reconstruction of distal third defects, but few reports describe its application and outcomes in the pediatric population.
Methods: We investigated RSF application in pediatric patients (<18 years of age) through systematic review and meta-analysis.

Background: Microsurgical emergency revascularization surgery for traumatic upper-extremity amputations demands high resource use. Injury details and patient characteristics influence the decision of whether to revascularize or revise an amputation involving the upper extremity. Our aim was to study associations between those factors and unsuccessful revascularization to provide information for clinical decision-making regarding amputation injuries.
