Background: Cognitive impairment is prevalent in bipolar disorder (BD), and has negative impacts on functional impairments and quality of life, despite euthymic states in most individuals. The underlying neurobiological basis of cognitive impairment in BD is still unclear.
Methods: To further explore potential connectivity abnormalities and their associations with cognitive impairment, we conducted a degree centrality (DC) analysis and DC (seed)-based functional connectivity (FC) approach in unmedicated, euthymic individuals with BD.

Introduction: Increased breast density (BD) is significantly correlated to higher rates of breast cancer (BC), yet awareness among women remains low. This study assesses women's understanding of BD, its implications for cancer risk, and their engagement in screening practices.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey of 212 women aged 40 to 74 was conducted using an online questionnaire developed within Google Forms, including open and closed-ended questions.

Introduction: High-risk fertility behaviors (HRFB), including short birth intervals, early or late childbearing age, and high parity, are associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Understanding the importance of socioeconomic disparity in HRFB and the factors influencing this disparity is essential to improve maternal and child survival, Accordingly, this study investigated socioeconomic inequalities in HRFB over time and its contributing factors.
Methods: We included a total weighted sample of 11,163 and 5,527 women aged 15 to 49 years from the 2005 and 2019 Ethiopia Demographic and Health Surveys, respectively.

Regulation of the immune response is key to promoting bone regeneration by electroactive biomaterials. However, how electrical signals at the micro- and nanoscale regulate the immune response and subsequent angiogenesis during bone regeneration remains to be elucidated. Here, the distinctly different surface potential distributions on charged poly(vinylidene fluoridetrifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) matrix surfaces are established by altering the dimensions of ferroelectric nanofillers from 0D BaTiO nanoparticles (homogeneous surface potential distribution, HOPD) to 1D BaTiO nanofibers (heterogeneous surface potential distribution, HEPD).

Gastric cancer, as the fifth most diagnosed malignancy and the fourth leading cause of cancer-related death globally, remains a significant health concern. The potential effect of the programmed death-1 (PD-1) inhibitor, when used alongside chemotherapy and antiangiogenic agents in neoadjuvant therapy for gastric cancer, has yet to be explored in the published literature. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the S-1 plus oxaliplatin (SOX) regimen when combined with apatinib and camrelizumab (SOXAC) as neoadjuvant therapy for patients with locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.
