An image guided robot only becomes fully useful with integrated software leveraging image fusion. Image fusion is the process of registering and superimposing imaging data in the same coordinate space and can be helpful to image-guided robotic interventions. Effective percutaneous robotic procedures can utilize real-time image guidance and navigation which are powered by fusion technologies.

Background: Neurologic symptoms seen in patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) may not be entirely caused by immunotoxicity. We aim to highlight these confounding conditions through clinical cases to encourage early recognition and management.

Methods: We describe a series of seven cases from our institution that were treated with ICI and presented with Neurologic symptoms and were diagnosed with superimposed conditions beyond immunotoxicity.

Hangzhou DAC Biotechnology Co., Ltd. No. 369 Qiaoxin Road, Qiantang District, Hangzhou 310018, Zhejiang, China.

Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor with high incidence and mortality. The overexpression of Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is associated with increased metastatic potential and poor clinical outcome in gastric cancer. Despite the proven clinical response rates of approved HER2-targeted therapies, including Trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy, their limited long-term clinical benefits and inevitable disease progression still pose significant challenges to the clinical treatment of gastric cancer.

Background/objectives: An on-board imager on a linear accelerator allows the acquisition of kV-2D images during irradiation. Overlaying specific structures on these images enables the visual verification of movement at regular frequencies. Our aim was to validate this tracking method for the stereotactic treatment of bone metastases.

Department of Medical Oncology, Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Cancer Institute, Tongji University School of Medicine, Shanghai, People's Republic of China. Electronic address:

Introduction: Pyrotinib, a novel pan-HER tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has demonstrated substantial anti-tumor activity in patients with NSCLC harboring HER2 mutations. Nevertheless, the inevitable resistance to pyrotinib necessitates an in-depth understanding of the underlying mechanisms.

Methods: Resistance-associated mutations were identified through genomic sequencing of paired baseline and post-resistance samples from 40 patients.
