Background: Detoxification stands as a crucial phase in the treatment of alcohol use disorders (AUD), yet only limited data is available on the outcomes of home-based detoxification. Assisted domiciliary detoxification involves monitoring an individual's withdrawal progress, while offering psychosocial support and detoxification services in the comfort of their home.
Aim: To study outcomes of assisted over routine domiciliary alcohol detoxification in randomized controlled trials.

Background: Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) offer affordable mental health services in a less stigmatized environment, in a domiciliary setting. This study aimed to shed light on the epidemiological factors of patients attending CMHCs of Mashhad, their referral status, and treatment.
Methods: This study was conducted over the medical records of patients seen by psychiatrists between January 2014 and December 2021 in Mashhad's CMHC, the northeast of Iran.

The objective of this study was to validate a novel assay using the volumetric absorptive microsampling (VAMS) technique combined with liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the determination of the antiseizure medication perampanel in saliva and its clinical applicability in patients with epilepsy. VAMS tips were loaded with 30 μL of saliva and dried for 60 min. Analytes were extracted with methanol.

Objectives: The study aims to assess the prevalence of anxiety, depression and the quality of life among patients with chronic respiratory failure and the changes in anxiety and depression scores after initiating domiciliary oxygen.
Design And Setting: Prospective, single-centre cohort study conducted in a tertiary care hospital in India.
Participants: Patients of Indian origin with chronic respiratory failure who visited the hospital where domiciliary oxygen is indicated were included in the study.
