The prevalence of artificial reproductive technologies (ART), such as intra-uterine insemination (IUI), fertilization (IVF), and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), has surged in response to the global increase in infertility rates, now impacting 17.5 % of couples. Background: Due to the high prevalence of COVID-19 and the prevention and control of adverse fetal and neonatal outcomes in pregnant women, including vertical transmission, this study was performed to describe the fetal and neonatal outcomes of pregnancy with a spectrum of COVID-19 disease during pregnancy in Iran.
Materials And Methods: In this cross-sectional study, we analyzed the medical records of 258 pregnant women admitted to the Forghani Hospital, Qom, Iran, from 18 February 2020, to May 10, 2021. PCR-RT or respiratory compromise in the presence of marked radiographic changes of COVID-19 in the lungs, or both COVID-19 disease confirmed COVID-19 disease.

Objective: Show a prognostic value of brain changes in fetuses with intra uterine growth restriction (IUGR) on early neonatal outcome.
Study Design: We prospectively recruited pregnant women whose fetuses presented fetal weight < 5th centile. A brain MRI was performed between 28 and 32 weeks of gestation (WG).

Background: Paternal age association with sperm parameters has been previously studied, demonstrating a decrease in semen volume, sperm motility, and sperm morphology, but not in sperm concentration. However, scarce data exists on the individual intra-personal changes in semen parameters with time.
Study Design: Retrospective cohort study.
