Microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) affects small and medium vessel, which sometimes leads to arterial aneurysms. In English database, only 15 reports refer to ruptured aneurysms in MPA. We experienced a fatal case with MPA who developed multiple visceral aneurysms, resulting in rupture of the hepatic aneurysm.

Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is driven by the specific fusion gene PML-RARA produced by chromosomal translocation. Three classic isoforms, L, V, and S, are found in more than 95% of APL patients. However, atypical PML-RARA isoforms are usually associated with uncertain disease progression and treatment prognosis.

The American Association for the Surgery of Trauma initially published the organ injury scaling for the kidney in 1989, which was subsequently updated in 2018. This current American Association for the Surgery of Trauma kidney organ injury scaling update incorporates the latest evidence in diagnosis and management of renal trauma and is based upon a multidisciplinary consensus. These changes reflect the near universal use of computed tomography for renal trauma evaluation and the widespread adoption of conservative management across all grades of renal trauma.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) typically presents with various bleeding manifestations such as epistaxis, gum bleeding, and gastrointestinal bleeding. However, spontaneous large muscle hematoma formation is a rare complication. This case report discusses a patient with DHF who developed bilateral psoas muscle hematomas, a very uncommon presentation.
