Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by progressive memory loss and cognitive decline, significantly impairing the daily life of elderly individuals. The low abundance of blood-based biomarkers in AD necessitates higher analytical technique requirements. Herein, one novel iridium-based ECL self-enhanced nanoemitter (TPrA@Ir-SiO) was unprecedentedly reported, and it was further used to construct an ultrasensitive ECL magnetic immunosensor by a multiple-signal amplification strategy to unequally sensitively and accurately detect the AD blood-based biomarker (P-tau181) in this work.

Resistance spot-welded joints are crucial parts in contemporary manufacturing technology due to their ubiquitous use in the automobile industry. The necessity of improving manufacturing efficiency and quality at an affordable cost requires deep knowledge of the resistance spot welding (RSW) process and the development of artificial neural network (ANN)- and machine learning (ML)-based modelling techniques, apt for providing essential tools for design, planning, and incorporation in the welding process. Tensile shear force and nugget diameter are the most crucial outputs for evaluating the quality of a resistance spot-welded specimen.

The national multiple sclerosis program improves access to diagnosis, treatment, and prognostic of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS).
Aim: Describe the biggest cohort of patients with RRMS in the Chilean public health system, analyze the impact of the national program in the clinical evolution and the diagnostic opportunity (time in years between the first outbreak and entry into the program) before and after 2010, date of incorporation of the pathology to the explicit health guarantees program (GES) of the Ministry of Health (MINSAL).

Previous research has primarily examined gender roles and norms from a women's perspective, but few studies have investigated men's attitudes and behaviors regarding gender equality.
