Background: Intensive care units (ICUs) are high-stress environments, particularly for nurses, who face numerous stressors that can negatively impact their well-being. This study aimed to examine stress levels and stressors among ICU nurses, investigate their stress coping strategies, and explore the primary stressors in this demanding work environment.

Materials And Methods: Employing a cross-sectional design, this study assessed the stress levels of ICU nurses by using the Perceived Stress Scale and their coping strategies through the Brief-COPE scale, from March 15, 2021, to April 14, 2021.

Background: Despite recommendations, exercise participation among endometrial cancer survivors remains low. Previous interventions focused on weight loss or in-person programs with limited reach. Regular exercise, regardless of weight change, reduces mortality risk and improves functionality.

The COVID-19 pandemic spurred major, and possibly enduring, changes in paid work. In this paper we explore the continuity and change in several work day dimensions, including where it is performed, the amount of time spent working, the length of the work day, and who people are with when they work, as well as variation across population subgroups. We use nationally representative data from the American Time Use Survey (ATUS) to analyze change across the 2019 to 2021 period.
