Purpose: To determine the dosimetric effects of set-up errors on boost coverage, and compares skin toxicity of sequential and simultaneous boost techniques for left-sided breast cancer.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 23 early-stage breast cancer cases. Single isocenter HFWBI-SIB(s-SIB), single isocenter HFWBI-SB(s-SB) and dual isocenter HFWBI-SB(d-SB) were planing.

Purpose: Automatic planning (AP) has been compared to manual planning (MP) in lung stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) to validate the former and to implement it in clinical practice.
Methods: A new developing Guided Planning System (GPS) engine was used to reoptimize 20 lung SBRT plans with the RayStation™ treatment planning system (TPS). The original manual plans were optimized to deliver 60 Gy in 5 or 8 fractions to the target with constraints on organs at risk (OARs) based on an internal protocol.

For men with localized prostate cancer, radiotherapy (RT) remains a common therapeutic option. Although radiotherapy has had significant success, it remains an intractable issue in promoting radiation damage to tumor tissue while reducing adverse effects on healthy tissue. Chemicals or pharmacological substances known as radiosensitizers can increase the killing effect on tumor cells by accelerating DNA damage and indirectly producing free radicals.

This study aims to develop and evaluate a fast and robust deep learningbased auto-segmentation approach for organs at risk in MRI-guided radiotherapy of pancreatic cancer to overcome the problems of time-intensive manual contouring in online adaptive workflows. The research focuses on implementing novel data augmentation techniques to address the challenges posed by limited datasets. Approach: This study was conducted in two phases.

Several exploratory studies have demonstrated the feasibility of cholecystokinin-2 receptor (CCK2R) targeting in patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) and other neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). We report the results of a prospective phase I/IIA pilot study (clinicaltrials.gov NCT06155994) conducted at our center with the Ga-labeled peptide analog DOTA-DGlu-Ala-Tyr-Gly-Trp-(N-Me)Nle-Asp-1-Nal-Phe-NH (Ga-DOTA-MGS5).
