Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is one of the most common malignancies in the urinary system, and clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common subtype. MYBL2 has been reported to be overexpressed in various tumors and associated with poor prognosis in patients, but its biological role in ccRCC remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the mRNA and protein expression levels of MYBL2 in ccRCC samples and evaluated the prognostic value of MYBL2 using TCGA dataset.

This study aims to equip clinicians with the necessary insights for identifying and managing pregnant women experiencing elevated maternal pyrexia during labor. It examines maternal and neonatal outcomes along with the factors associated with varying peak temperatures. A retrospective analysis was conducted on 319 pregnant women presenting with maternal pyrexia during labor.

Threatened miscarriage is a common complication of early pregnancy characterized by symptoms of vaginal bleeding with/without abdominal cramps/pain in the first trimester. Progestogens are often administered for management of this condition. Presented herein is the protocol of an ongoing, multicentric clinical trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of micronized progesterone (natural progestogen) compared to dydrogesterone (synthetic isomer of progesterone).

Aim: The aim of this study is to determine women's perceptions of respectful maternity care, the effect of giving birth in a mother-friendly hospital on this perception and other factors affecting this perception.
Background: The philosophy of a mother-friendly hospital includes respectful maternity care. Few quantitative studies have been conducted in Turkey to assess the prevalence of respectful maternity care during childbirth and none have examined the difference between respectful maternity care in mother-friendly and nonmother-friendly hospitals.
