Introduction: This study explored the effects of four different surgical methods in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).

Methods: In this multicenter retrospective analysis of 359 patients, the surgical indices, the time taken for the serum human chorionic gonadotropin level to return to normal, the recovery time of menstruation, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were comparatively analyzed. The clinical efficacies of various preoperative treatment methods to block the blood supply to CSP tissues and those of four different surgical methods to treat CSP, namely, curettage, hysteroscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and vaginal surgery, were evaluated in this study.

Introduction: The objective of this study was to assess the publication status of RCTs studying hysteroscopy registered on clinical trial registries, and the trustworthiness of these studies.

Material And Methods: We systematically searched 23 clinical trial registries and MEDLine for studies on hysteroscopy registered between March 2012 and 25 March 2022. Published RCTs were assessed for trustworthiness using the Trustworthiness in RAndomised Controlled Trials (TRACT) checklist.

Objective: To explore the application value of 5 Fr non-contact hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine diseases in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.

Methods: A total of 200 perimenopausal and postmenopausal patients who were to undergo hysteroscopy for intrauterine diseases from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, these subjects were divided into a 5Fr non-contact hysteroscopic group (5Fr group) and a traditional hysteroscopic group (traditional group), with 100 cases in each group.

All gynaecology departments should provide a dedicated outpatient hysteroscopy service to aid care of women and people with abnormal uterine bleeding, reproductive problems, and insertion/retrieval of intrauterine devices. [Grade A] Written information should be provided to the woman prior to their appointment. This should include details about the procedure, the benefits and risks, advice regarding pre-operative analgesia, as well as alternative options for care and contact details for the hysteroscopy unit.
