Recently, we investigated a number of so-called σ- and τ-functionals based on the adiabatic-connection fluctuation-dissipation theorem (ACFDT); particularly, extensions of the random phase approximation (RPA) with inclusion of an exchange kernel in the form of an antisymmetrized Hartree kernel. One of these functionals, based upon the approximate exchange kernel (AXK) of Bates and Furche, leads to a nonlinear contribution of the spline function used within σ-functionals, which we previously avoided through the introduction of a simplified "top-down" approach in which the σ-functional modification is inserted a posteriori following the analytic coupling strength integration within the framework of the ACFDT and which was shown to provide excellent performance for the GMTKN55 database when using hybrid PBE0 reference orbitals. Objectives: To form a unique body weight support-Tai Chi Yunshou (BWS-TCY) training method, apply it to the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke, and provide a new safe and effective treatment method for the clinic.
Methods: A total of 93 subjects were recruited and randomly divided into conventional rehabilitation treatment (CRT) group, BWS-TCY group and traditional robot-assisted training (RAT) group in equal proportions. Subjects in the CRT group received 60 minutes of CRT daily.

MedDMS for precision medicine should be able to process hundreds of parameters from multiple sites, be adaptable while remaining in sync at multiple locations, real-time syncing to analytics and be compliant with international privacy legislation. This paper describes the LogiqSuite software solution, aimed to support a precision medicine solution at the patient care (LogiqCare), research (LogiqScience) and data science (LogiqAnalytics) level.

Using network pharmacology, we investigated eugenol's therapeutic mechanisms in liver cancer.
