Foot reflexology is a non-invasive and safe complementary therapy that works by massaging the reflex zones of the feet and exerts systemic or whole-body regulation through meridian nerve conduction. This therapy is commonly used in the treatment of various conditions such as autism and Parkinson's disease. However, there is limited reporting on the use of foot reflexology therapy for infants with sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL).

Objective: To investigate the association between the basic and clinical characteristics of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and their susceptibility to Klebsiella pneumoniae colonization (KPC). Additionally, a clinical prediction model was developed to identify high-risk patients for KPC.
Methods: Data from 486 T2DM patients who visited Shanghai Fifth People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively collected.

Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is the gold-standard preoperative diagnostic tool, and The Bethesda System for Reporting Thyroid Cytopathology provides a standardized framework for interpretation. This 10-year retrospective study evaluated the malignancy risk in surgically treated patients with thyroid nodules classified as Bethesda Category III by comparing FNAC findings with histopathological outcomes.

In this article, we aim to report a 32-year-old Saudi female who presented with a painless lateral neck mass for more than seven months, and on excisional biopsy, was found to have features of PTC.

Background: Endoscopic thyroidectomy (ET) offers superior cosmetic outcomes compared to traditional open thyroidectomy but is associated with higher postoperative drainage volumes (DV) and potential complications. Although ET via the areola approach (ETAA) has been used, the factors influencing DV after ETAA remain poorly understood.
