Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze changes in height of 7-18-year-old school-age children in China during the year of 2000-2019.
Methods: We used the survey data from the Chinese National Survey on Students' Constitution and Health in Henan Province for the years 2000, 2005, 2010, 2014, and 2019. Data were categorized into subgroups based on geographic location, gender, and age; mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used to analyze trends in height change among children and adolescents and the correlation between socioeconomic indicators and height change.

The burden of neonatal infections in low- and middle-income countries and territories (LMICs) is a critical public health challenge, while our understanding of specific burden and secular trends remains limited. We gathered annual data on 15 types of neonatal infections in LMICs from 1990 to 2019 from the Global Burden of Disease 2019. Numbers, rates, percent changes, and estimated annual percentage changes of incidence and deaths were calculated.

Background: Schizophrenia remains a major public health challenge, and designing efforts to manage it requires understanding its prevalence over time at different geographic scales and population groups.
Methods: Drawing on data from the Global Burden of Disease study 2019, annual percentage change of schizophrenia was assessed across different age, period and cohort groups at different geographic scales from 1990 to 2019. We examined associations of prevalence with the sociodemographic index.
