In work some, often meeting nosological forms urogenithal surgical diseases which last years frequently proceed against gastritises, stomach ulcer of a stomach and 12-perstnoj guts owing to increase of occurrence of the last are presented. The inhibitors of the angiotensin-converting-enzyme (ACEI) are considered as the best pharmacological class for the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Independently of lowering the arterial blood pressure they reduce the proteinuria and slow the evolution of the renal failure. Calcium-channels blockers not belonging to the dehydropyridine-type (verapamil-diltiazem) possess some of these features, too, contrarily to the rest of calcium-antagonists (nifedipine-like).

A nephrotic syndrome with focal sclerosis associated with Kimura's disease is reported in a young asiatic man. The nephrotic syndrome started three years prior to the usual skin tumors and lymph nodes involvement. Epidemiological, clinical and nosological characteristics of Kimura's disease are discussed.

We report the case of a 36 year old woman who presented a renal cell carcinoma, associated to a membranous nephropathy as a paraneoplastic syndrome. The concomitant association with a splenic hamartoma was probably fortuitous. Five years after nephrectomy, the patient was asymptomatic and her proteinuria was very low.
