Purpose: To evaluate the intraocular pressure (IOP) lowering effect and success rate of Paul glaucoma implant (PGI) in refractory glaucoma after changing practice pattern from Ahmed and Baerveldt tubes to PGI.
Methods: A prospective observational study of the first 50 consecutive PGI surgeries at a single Danish tertiary centre from January 2022 to October 2023. Primary endpoints were IOP and success rates after 12 months.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of a novel "In & Out" strategy, combining topical and oral melatonin supplementation, in managing skin aging compared to topical treatment alone. A randomized, prospective study was conducted on 39 healthy females aged 55-69 years. Participants were divided into two groups: one received both the topical formula and oral melatonin supplementation (Group A), while the other received a topical melatonin-based formula (Group B).

Radiation-induced morphea (RIM) is a rare complication following radiotherapy (RT) for breast cancer treatment. Its distribution is usually confined to the breast having received radiotherapy. A generalized form of RIM also exists, defined as lesions extending beyond the radiotherapy site, but data on the subject are scarce in the literature.

Acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau is a rare form of pustular psoriasis affecting the acral fingers and toes, characterized by recurrent eruptions of sterile pustules that lead to significant pain and potentially irreversible destruction of the nail apparatus. Symptoms are often refractory to topical and systemic therapies for psoriasis. This case report presents a healthy 23-year-old female with severe acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau, destructing all 10 fingernails.

Tinea blepharociliaris is a rare dermatophyte infection affecting the eyelashes and eyelids, often misdiagnosed as blepharitis, eczema, or bacterial infection, leading to ineffective treatments and recurrent symptoms. We report a case of a 10-year-old girl with erythematous plaques and fine scaling on the eyelids and eyelashes, initially suspected to have facial tinea or contact dermatitis. Direct mycological examination confirmed the presence of fungal filaments and spores, with culture identifying as the causative organism.
