Introduction And Importance: Intraosseous anesthesia (IOA), an important technique in dental anesthesia, delivers anesthetic directly into the bone, enhancing patient comfort and minimizing side effects. Despite advantages, several disadvantages are known such as injection discomfort, root damage, mechanical obstructions and needle fractures. This report highlights a rare yet significant complication of focal mandibular osteonecrosis following IOA.

Wastewater is commonly contaminated with many pharmaceutical pollutants, so an efficient purification method is required for their removal from wastewater. In this regard, an innovative tertiary Se/SnO@CMC/Fe-GA nanocomposite was synthesized through encapsulation of metal organic frameworks (Fe-glutaric acid) onto Se/SnO-embedded-sodium carboxy methyl cellulose matrix to thoroughly evaluate its effectiveness for adsorption of levofloxacin drug from wastewater. The prepared Se/SnO@CMC/Fe-GA nanocomposite was analyzed via UV-Vis spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to valuate optical property, size, morphology, thermal stability, and chemical composition.

Most mitochondrial proteins are synthesized in the cytosol and post-translationally imported into mitochondria. If the rate of protein synthesis exceeds the capacity of the mitochondrial import machinery, precursor proteins can transiently accumulate in the cytosol. The cytosolic accumulation of mitochondrial precursors jeopardizes cellular protein homeostasis (proteostasis) and can be the cause of diseases.

Plants are able to sense and remember heat stress. An initial priming heat stress enables plants to acclimate so that they are able to survive a subsequent higher temperature. The heatshock transcription factors (HSFs) play a crucial role in this process, but the mechanisms by which plants sense heat stress are not well understood.

Small heat shock proteins (sHSPs) act as first responders during cellular stress by recognizing and sequestering destabilized proteins (clients), preventing their aggregation and facilitating downstream refolding or degradation. This chaperone function is critically important to proteostasis, conserved across all kingdoms of life, and associated with various protein misfolding diseases in humans. Mechanistic insights into how sHSPs sequester destabilized clients have been limited due to the extreme molecular plasticity and client-induced polydispersity of sHSP/client complexes.
