Aim: This study aimed to identify the content of documentation used between hospital and community care and describe the communication mechanisms that allow the continuity of care.
Design: We conducted a scoping review following the JBI recommendations.
Methods: The sources of the information used were obtained from the MEDLINE and CINAHL databases (via EBSCO), Web of Science, SCOPUS, Joanna Briggs Institute and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.

Patients harmed by medical mishaps are often driven to litigation because of a lack of apologies and candour rather than a desire for monetary compensation. Despite attempts at clinical negligence reform, patients continue to receive unsatisfactory responses. Physicians have cited fears of legal liability as a key reason for withholding apologies.

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory lung disease with high morbidity and mortality worldwide. Observational studies have shown correlations between common extrapulmonary comorbidities and COPD, but the existence of correlations does not necessarily prove a causal association. Therefore, causal relationships between diseases need to be explored by means of causal inference methods.

Integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) have emerged as the first-line choice for treating human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection due to their superior efficacy and safety. However, the impact of INSTIs on the development of neuropsychiatric conditions in people living with HIV (PLWH) is not fully understood due to limited data. In this study, we conducted a cross-sectional examination of PLWH receiving antiretroviral therapy, with a specific focus on HIV-positive men who have sex with men (MSM) on INSTI-based regimens (n = 61) and efavirenz (EFV)-based regimens (n = 28).
