Purpose Of Review: This paper aims to review pudendal neuralgia pathophysiology, risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment options.
Recent Findings: Conservative and pharmacologic options are first line treatments for the treatment of pudendal neuralgia. Interventional treatment such as, pudendal nerve blocks can be tried if first line treatments feel to provide adequate analgesia.

However, differences between subtypes are poorly understood and it remains unknown which patients will respond to different treatments. Although the role of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) and human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSC) in accelerating diabetic wound healing has been proven, their synergistic effect is still debated. This study aimed to evaluate the individual and combined effects of LLLT and hADSC on wound healing and on biomechanical parameters in type 2 diabetic rabbits. In this experimental study, 40 rabbits with type 2 diabetes (induced by streptozotocin (STZ)) were included.

Introduction: The anterior division of the internal iliac artery (ADIIA) is a crucial vascular structure that supplies blood to the pelvic organs, perineum, and gluteal region. The present study demonstrates practical data concerning the anatomy of the ADIIA and its branches. It is hoped that the results of the current study may aid in localizing the pelvic arteries effectively.
