The authors describe an observation of Hodgking's disease with primitive location in ileum, that they treated urgently for intestinal stoppage. After having explained the peculiar history of this disease, they analyze the diagnostic and therapeutic principles, emphasizing the elements that are useful for determining the primitivity of the form and the peculiarity of the treatment.

Introduction: Allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is a curative option for relapse/refractory (R/R) lymphomas that have failed autologous transplantation or for high-risk lymphomas in the upfront setting. We conducted a retrospective analysis on consecutive lymphoma patients who underwent allo-HSCT over a 20-year period (2003- 2022) at Singapore General Hospital and National University Hospital Singapore.
Method: A total of 121 patients were included in the study.
Introduction: Lymphoma is a common malignancy among adolescents and young adults (AYAs) which is generally defined as 15-39 years. Relative to other age groups, lymphoma in AYAs remains understudied with heterogeneous treatment options.
Methods: We performed a retrospective review of patients aged 18-60 years in the Australasian Lymphoma and Related Diseases Registry (LaRDR) with new diagnoses of the common subtypes of lymphoma in AYAs between January 2016 and April 2023.

Bispecific antibodies (BsAb) have emerged as a leading treatment modality in patients suffering from B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL). However, treatment failure is common and may potentially be attributed to pre-existing or emerging T-cell exhaustion. CD39 catalyzes-together with CD73-the hydrolysis of immunogenic ATP into immunosuppressive adenosine and thus actively promotes an immunosuppressive micromilieu.

Follicular lymphoma (FL) represents the most prevalent subtype of non-Hodgkin's-lymphoma in Western Europe and the United States. While the examination of two-dimensional histological slides remains the gold standard method for diagnosing FL stages, three-dimensional analysis provides additional insights, particularly regarding cellular morphology, spatial relationships and network connectivity. This investigation assessed the tumor-related morphological destruction of fibroreticular cell (FRC) networks bordering germinal centres in FL.

Introduction: Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Several studies have identified prognostic factors (PFs) for disease progression and mortality among adults with BL. However, there is no consensus on risk stratification based on PFs.
