Background: We report a case of personalized exclusive brachytherapy treatment for the management of a highly recurrent squamous cell conjunctival carcinoma with corneal invasion.
Case Description: This is a case of a Caucasian 81-years-old man who presented 10 years ago to our clinic with a pink-white para-limbal mass with dilated feeder arteries and mild leukoplakia. Excisional biopsy confirmed the presence of conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).

Purpose: Describe the presentation and management of superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis (SLK)-like inflammation and secondary limbal stem cell dysfunction in the setting of ocular chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD).
Methods: Retrospective observational case series in a multicenter clinical practice. Participants were 13 patients (26 eyes) with ocular cGVHD and SLK-like inflammation presenting to the University of Illinois at Chicago and BostonSight® between January 1, 2009 and July 1, 2013.

Purpose: The aim was to introduce the application of a simple technique using high-frequency radiowave electrosurgery in the management of superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis (SLK).
Methods: This study is a prospective, noncomparative, interventional case series analysis. Seven patients (9 eyes) with SLK were recruited from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Ophthalmology, Severance Eye Hospital and Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, Seoul, Korea.
