The purpose was to answer what is the relationship between torques acting on the human body, how does the triceps calf muscle balance the weight of a tilted body and what is the foot's role in the titling body? Two research models were developed. Model 1 - the one-sided lever system consists of a flat bar with, an axis of rotation, used to determine the weight and torque at a given point on it. Model 2 - the two-sided lever system consists of a flat bar imitating a tilted body counteracted by the Achilles tendon, and a platform imitating a foot.

Wrist movements play a crucial role in upper-limb motor tasks. As prosthetic and robotic hand technologies have evolved, increasing attention has been focused on replicating the anatomy and functionality of the wrist. Closely imitating the biomechanics and movement mechanisms of human limbs is expected to enhance the overall performance of bionic robotic hands.

Cardiovascular diseases remain a significant reason for illness and death globally. Although certain interleukins have been extensively researched about cardiovascular disease (CVD), new findings have identified unique members of the interleukin family that could potentially play a role in cardiovascular well-being and ailments. This review discusses the current understanding of the role of these recently identified interleukins, such as IL-27, IL-31, IL-32, IL-33, and the IL-28 group (IL-28A, IL-28B, IL-29), in the development of cardiovascular diseases.

Cold stress in winter is one of the most severe abiotic stresses on plant growth and flourishing, and the selection of cold tolerant genotypes is an important strategy to ensure the safety of plant growth and development. Cyclocarya paliurus, a diclinous and versatile tree species originally in subtropical regions, has been introduced and cultivated in the warm temperate zone of China to meet the increasing market demand for its leaf yield. However, information regarding its cold tolerance remains limited.
