Liquid biopsy techniques have developed rapidly in recent years and demonstrated success in cancer detection, disease characterization, and ongoing disease monitoring. These components, including circulating tumor cells (CTCs), circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), and cell-free DNA (cfDNA), offer minimally invasive diagnostic tools that provide valuable insights into the genomic landscape of tumors. Its applications have expanded to include various malignancies, including renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

Paper-based cultural relics experience aging and deterioration during their long-term preservation, which poses a serious threat to their lifetime. The development of conservation materials with high compatibility and low intervention has been expected to extend the lifetime of paper artifacts. As a new type of biological macromolecule, nanocellulose has been extensively utilized in paper conservation, attributed to its excellent paper compatibility, high optical transparency, outstanding mechanical strength, and large specific surface area with abundant hydroxyl groups.

The long-term sustainable development of flexible electronic devices is limited by a reliance on synthetic polymers that pose dangers for humans and potentially severe ecological problems, as well as a reliance on conventional processing methods. This work aims to exploit 3D printing to develop natural biogels composed of fish gelatin and high acyl gellan gum for use as flexible sensors. The electrical conductivity and mechanical strength were remarkably enhanced through the environmentally friendly enzyme (transglutaminase) cross-linking and non-toxic ethanol modification treatment, which allows the development of 3D printed sensors for temperature, strain, and stress sensors.

Objective: This paper, using video-reflexive ethnography (VRE) as a case study, explores the prospects for and possibilities of observational research in workplace learning.
Methods: Focusing on VRE methodology and drawing on its principles of care, collaboration, exnovation (paying attention to existing strengths) and reflexivity, we elaborate the prospects for and scope of possibilities for observational research.
Results: VRE's flexibility and participatory nature enable researchers and participants to understand the complexities of learning in situ and the dynamic interactions between learning and work practice.
