Unlabelled: Regulatory T cells (T cells) play a critical role in suppressing anti-tumor immunity, often resulting in unfavorable clinical outcomes across numerous cancers. However, systemic T depletion, while augmenting anti-tumor responses, also triggers detrimental autoimmune disorders. Thus, dissecting the mechanisms by which T cells navigate and exert their functions within the tumor microenvironment (TME) is pivotal for devising innovative T -centric cancer therapies.

Pathological scars are classified into hypertrophic scars and keloids, and currently have poor treatment outcomes and high recurrence rates. Bleomycin has received widespread attention in scar treatment in recent years, but there is currently no exploration on its real-world data. PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases were searched, and eight retrospective studies on the use of bleomycin for treatment were included, covering a total of 562 patients with keloids and hypertrophic scars.

Narrative speech production requires the retrieval of concepts to refer to entities, which need to be referenceable more than once for any form of narrative coherence to arise. Such coherence has long been observed to be affected in schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSD), yet the underlying mechanisms have been a longstanding puzzle, with existing evidence predominantly derived from Indo-European languages. Here we analyzed two picture descriptions from 22 native Mandarin Chinese speakers with SSD and 15 healthy controls.

Children with extreme behavioral inhibition (BI) are at a significantly greater risk to develop anxiety disorders later in life. We and others have identified similar early-life temperamental BI in nonhuman primates (NHPs), including rhesus monkeys. NHP models of BI provide a unique opportunity to study the neurobiology of BI in a species that shares biological, developmental, and socioemotional similarities with humans.

Chromosomal instability (CIN) is common in solid tumours and fuels evolutionary adaptation and poor prognosis by increasing intratumour heterogeneity. Systematic characterization of driver events in the TRACERx non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cohort identified that genetic alterations in six genes, including FAT1, result in homologous recombination (HR) repair deficiencies and CIN. Using orthogonal genetic and experimental approaches, we demonstrate that FAT1 alterations are positively selected before genome doubling and associated with HR deficiency.
