Integrated health and nutrition packages in schools have been shown to be a cost-effective approach to support children's well-being and academic achievement; yet few countries adequately invest in promoting such integration. School feeding programmes in Latin America are among the best-established, with some of the largest scale and coverage in the world. National School Meal programmes in Latin America and the Caribbean benefit over 80.

Numerous psychological findings have shown that incidental exposure to ideas makes those ideas seem more true, a finding commonly referred to as the 'illusory truth' effect. Under many accounts of the illusory truth effect, initial exposure to a statement provides a metacognitive feeling of 'fluency' or familiarity that, upon subsequent exposure, leads people to infer that the statement is more likely to be true. However, genuine beliefs do not only affect truth judgements about individual statements, they also imply other beliefs and drive decision-making.

Chemical 1,1'-glycosylation for the synthesis of non-reducing disaccharides is complicated by the need to simultaneously control the stereochemistry at two anomeric centers. While considerable progress has been made in the synthesis of α,α-disaccharides, the assembly of 1,1'-β,β- and 1,1'-β,α-linked non-reducing sugars has received comparatively less attention. Many naturally occurring non-reducing disaccharides and their biologically active mimetics feature asymmetrically located functional groups at different positions on the two pyranose rings, highlighting the demand for reliable stereoselective methods to synthesize fully orthogonally protected 1,1'-conjugated sugars suitable for targeted functionalisation to create important biomolecules.

Premise: Prairies are among the most threatened biomes due to changing patterns of climate and land use, yet information on genetic variation in key species that would inform conservation is often limited. We assessed evidence for the geographic scale of population-level variation in growth of two species of prairie clover and of their symbiotic associations with nitrogen-fixing bacteria.
Methods: Seed representing two species, Dalea candida and D.

Global food system governance increasingly relies on multistakeholder initiatives (MSIs) that aim to include those who are affected by and/or affected by an issue. Multistakeholderism's perceived legitimacy is premised on both its outcomes (output legitimacy) and processes (input legitimacy), the latter in turn based on four key rationales: inclusiveness, procedural fairness, consensual orientation and transparency. To date, evidence on the ineffectiveness of MSI's outcomes undermines its claims to output legitimacy.
