Background: Labial adhesion (LA) is a total or partial labial fusion mostly seen in pre-pubertal children and is rare in premenopausal and postmenopausal periods. This review aimed to evaluate risk factors for labial fusion and the recurrence rate following surgical intervention in postmenopausal women.
Methods: According to PRISMA guidelines, international databases including Embase, World Cat, Web of Science, Scopus, Dimension, Open Grey, Cochrane, Google Scholar, and also PubMed gateway for PMC and MEDLINE were searched.

Background The accurate diagnosis of intraductal carcinoma of the prostate (IDC-P) is occasionally challenging due to the similarity in pathological morphology between IDC-P and high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN). In this report, we reviewed the pathology of cases previously diagnosed as HGPIN to search for IDC-P cases effectively. In addition, we examined whether those cases had genetic abnormalities.

Secretory tumors often lead to endocrine abnormalities, namely cushingoid features, virilization, or feminization. Hypospadias is a common congenital malformation of the reproductive system; however, to date, no cases of hypospadias complicated by polyorchidism have been reported in the literature. This article reports a case of a 1-year-old boy presenting with hypospadias, who was also diagnosed with polyorchidism combined with cryptorchidism. Preoperative Doppler ultrasound revealed two testes on the right side, and an atrophic testis on the left.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the effect of Gallic Acid (GA) on the alleviation of chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression, with a comparison to Diyu sheng bai tablets (DYSB) and RhG-CSF.
Methods: A mouse model of bone marrow suppression was established in BALB/c mice using intraperitoneal injections of cyclophosphamide (CTX). All procedures were performed after obtaining ethical clearance from the institutional animal ethics committee.
