Background: Chronic Limb Threat Ischemia (CLTI) is a severe form of peripheral arterial disease characterized by various symptoms including nonhealing wounds, ulcers and gangrene ultimately leading to a possible amputation. Therefore, revascularization either through endovascular intervention (EVI) or surgical bypass (SB) is an important step in management. Literature review of various studies including Randomized clinical trials (RCTs), Meta-analysis and observational studies show varied results with some studies suggesting better outcomes with EVI while majority of the others favors superiority of SB.

Background: There is no gold standard for recurrent weight gain following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). Combining jejuno-jejunostomy distalization type 1 (JJD1) and sleeve resection of the gastrojejunostomy and gastric pouch (GJ-P) may be a potential approach for these patients.
Objectives: To describe 1-year perioperative and nutritional outcomes of patients who underwent JJD1 with sleeve resection of the GJ-P.

Background And Objective: Our objective was to evaluate the agreement between micro-ultrasound, MRI and pathological tumor and prostate volume.
Methods: Retrospective analysis of consecutive prostate cancer patients with MRI and micro-ultrasound diagnostic assessment who subsequently underwent radical prostatectomy. Tumor and prostate volume on micro-ultrasound and MRI imaging calculated by a dedicated software were compared to those of the prostatectomy specimen.

Objective: The oncologic safety of less-radical surgery for early-stage cervical cancer is currently being actively investigated. Given the paucity of data, this study assessed the temporal trends and oncologic outcomes associated with modified radical hysterectomy for stage IB1 (≤2 cm) cervical cancer in the United States.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study used data from the Commission-on-Cancer's National Commission on Cancer Database.

Purpose: Surgical management of the lateral end of clavicle fractures has been a challenge for orthopedic surgeons considering the high rate of non-union. There has been no right and wrong answer to these types of fractures and many methods discussed in the literature, but the 2 most used bony procedures are hook plate and locking plate with or without the use of supplementary soft tissue procedures. The available evidence, in this case, is scarce with questionable reliability.
