Pancreatic cancer is a malignant neoplasm with a poor prognosis. When it manifests clinically with cold jaundice, general repercussion or dyspepsia, it usually corresponds to a locally advanced tumor. Enterorrhagia as a form of presentation of pancreatic cancer is extremely infrequent; it corresponds to a severe form with an ominous prognosis.

Extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphomas of the gastrointestinal tract represent 30%-40% of all extranodal lymphomas. Gastric lymphomas are increasingly described in the literature due to the development of diagnostic techniques and the increased incidence, together with the reduced incidence of gastric solid neoplasms. Significant diagnostic difficulties are determined by the non-specificity of the symptoms, which are mostly chronic, characterised by a slow progression.

Introduction: Massive ileal variceal bleeding is a rare intricate condition that needs rapid management and treatment. The absence of randomized clinical trials in this field leads to a lack of evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutical approaches. We present a case report describing imaging, endoscopic, and surgical procedures leading to the diagnosis and resolution of severe ileal variceal bleeding.

Introduction: Meckels diverticulum (MD) is a developmental abnormality and a true diverticulum of the small intestine which can give rise to a malignant tumor. Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are the most common tumors arising in MD, but due to the prevalence of MD and its malignancy rate, there is no uniform guideline regarding these tumors. Recent knowledge shows that their biological behavior is aggressive and unrelated to size.
