Rationale And Objectives: The objective of this research is to carry out a systematic review and meta-analysis to detect the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-FAPI Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Computed Tomography/Magnetic Resonance (CT/MR) in total of the lesions as well as different aspects of metastasis in individuals with ovarian cancers (OC).

Materials And Methods: The PubMed, Embase, Cochrane library, and Web of Science databases were thoroughly searched until the cut-off date of July 23, 2024. The assessment of 68Ga-FAPI PET CT/MR of OC was presented by the included studies.

Traditional mRNA vaccine formulation loaded by lipid nanoparticle (mRNA-LNP) has several shortcomings in clinical application, including the need for cryopreservation, discomfort associated with intramuscular injections, and the risk of liver aggregation. Dissolvable microneedles (DMNs), as a novel transdermal drug delivery platform, can overcome the skin barrier to deliver drugs directly into the skin in a minimally invasive manner. Background: Post-chemotherapy retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (pcRPLND) is integral to multimodal treatment of patients with metastatic non-seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCT). We review pathologic and long-term outcomes of pcRPLND following first-line chemotherapy with a focus on residual mass size and primary tumor histology. Our goal was to identify new predictive approaches that can refine surgical indications.
