A five-year-old male presented with small bowel obstruction and a worm bolus on a plain abdominal radiograph. Peritonism and acidosis prompted laparotomy after a short period of resuscitation. Objectives: The aim of the present analysis was to describe the clinical and demographic characteristics of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) patients from Greece who were enrolled in the global PROOF study, and their longitudinal follow-up over 5 years to determine the impact of the disease on quality of life and patient-reported outcomes.
Methods: PROOF was an observational study that enrolled recently diagnosed (<1 year) patients fulfilling the Assessment of SpondyloArthritis International Society classification criteria from rheumatology clinical practices from 29 countries across 6 different geographical regions.

Introduction: Combination chemoimmunotherapy including pemetrexed and a PD(L)1 inhibitor is a common first-line systemic therapy approach for patients with metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC. Patients often discontinue maintenance pemetrexed due to adverse effects, and little is known about the impact of maintenance pemetrexed cessation on real-world progression-free survival (rwPFS) and overall survival (OS).
Methods: A total of 121 patients with stage IV or recurrent, metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) were included in this retrospective analysis.

Objective: To investigate the effects of modified twin-block appliances (MTBA) on obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and mandibular retrognathia and the changes in the upper airway, hyoid bone position, and hypoxia-related inflammatory marker levels in children with OSA.
Methods: This study included children with OSA and mandibular retrognathia and those with class I without mandibular retrognathia (n = 35 each). The experimental group comprised children with OSA and mandibular retrognathia managed using MTBA.
