Objective: To increase the effectiveness of treatment of hypotonic functional dysphonia using physiotherapy in patients with neurovegetative disorders.

Material And Methods: The study included 42 patients, aged from 25 to 64 years, with disturbed vocal function, which included anamnestic analysis, an objective study of ENT organs by conventional methods, a video stroboscopy of the larynx, a cytological study of smears from the laryngeal mucosa, and the determination of the functional state of the autonomic nervous system (ANS).

Results: The clinical-physiological study of VNS shows neurovegetative dysfunction (inadequate autonomic support of activity) in 10 patients.

Objective: The purpose of the study was to further reveal the mechanisms and therapeutic capabilities of the pharmacopuncture method (the introduction of drugs into the area of reflexotherapy points) in metabolic syndrome. In previously published materials on the problem, we pointed out the efficacy of the pharmacopuncture antioxidant Ubiquinone Composite (as a pilot study), similar in effect to the drug Coenzyme Composite (Heel, Germany). The present work develops this topic by further comparing the characteristics of pharmacopuncture with the presented drugs.

There is relatively little information about the impact of stroke and the features of rehabilitation technologies in the acute period on the quality of life of patients in the period of residual events.
