Two simple, accurate and precise chromatographic methods have been developed and validated for estimating Mupirocin (MUP) in two binary mixtures. Four simple, sensitive and selective stability indicating spectrophotometric methods are presented for quantitative determination of the benzodiazepine drug; bromazepam (BMZ) and one of its reported potential impurities and degradation product; 2-(2-amino-5-bromobenzoyl) pyridine (ABP) in methanol. Method A, is isoabsorptive point coupled with D method, where good linearity was obtained by measuring the absorbance of BMZ at 264 nm (A) in the concentration range of 2-25 μg mL, and the absorbance of ABP at its λ 396 nm in concentration range of 0.5-24 μg mL.

A novel and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) procedure based on the synergetic catalytic effects of gold nanoclusters (Au NCs) and graphene quantum dots (GQDs) was developed for the reliable measurement of cimetidine (CM). The initial experiments showed that the KMnO -based oxidation of alkaline rhodamine B (RhoB) generated a very weak CL emission, which was intensively enhanced in the simultaneous presence of Au NCs and GQDs. CL intermediates can be adsorbed and gathered on the surface of Au NCs, becoming more stable.

A rapid, simple, and sensitive approach to the analysis of trihalomethanes (THMs) in swimming pool water samples has been developed. The main goal of this study was to overcome or to improve the shortcomings of conventional dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and to maximize the realization of green analytical chemistry principles. The method involves a simple vortex-assisted microextraction step, in the absence of the dispersive solvent, followed by salting-out effect for the elimination of the centrifugation step.
