Of note, germline conditional knockout of Cdyl can lead to asthenoteratozoospermia and infertility in male mice. However, the role of CDYL gene in human fertility remains uncharacterized.

Based on psychological and physical health considerations, for girls with early menarche, some parents and physicians may elect to use gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (GnRHa) to delay menstruation. This study aimed to explore the effects of GnRHa treatment on the final height of girls with early menarche and build the models to predict the final adult height (FAH).

Introduction/objectives: The study aimed to determine whether in children with newly diagnosed juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) differs from healthy children and to see whether the revaccination is safe and effective under JIA treatment.
Methods: Patients who were followed up with a diagnosis of JIA between January 2020 and February 2024 were included. The control group consisted of healthy children matched for age and gender.

Purpose: Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive after 1 year of unprotected intercourse, affecting approximately 15-20% of couples in Western countries. It is a shared problem within the couple; when the main issue lies with one of the partners, it is preferable to refer to "male factor" or "female factor" infertility rather than simply male or female infertility. Despite male factor infertility accounting for half of all couple infertility cases, the clinical approach to the male partner is not uniformly standardized across international guidelines.
