Background: Among different forms of de novo focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), which can develop after kidney transplantation (KTx), collapsing glomerulopathy (CG) is the least frequent variant, but it is associated with the most severe form of nephrotic syndrome, histological findings of important vascular damage, and a 50% risk of graft loss. Here, we report two cases of de novo post-transplant CG.
Clinical Presentation: A 64-year-old White man developed proteinuria and worsening of renal function 5 years after KTx.

Purpose: To describe clinical findings through ultra-wide field (UWF) images and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A), in Susac's syndrome (SS).
Methods: SS patients were retrospectively analyzed in a single center. Clinical features, ultra-wide-field retinographies (UWF-PR), UWF fluorescein angiographies (UWF-FA), and optical coherence tomography angiography & (OCT-A/EF) were reviewed.
Unlabelled: Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TPO) is a rare pathology characterized by a progressive segmentary stenosis of the respiratory tract due to proliferation of osteocartilagineous nodules in the lumen of the distal part of the trachea and large bronchial trunks. Prognosis is usually benign, but some cases with an acute progression and a lethal outcome have been described. Clinical presentation is non specific, the chest x-ray is generally normal and there are not typical radiological signs of suspicion: diagnosis of TPO is usually incidental.

Introduction: Bone transport (BT) for segmentary bone defects is a well-known technique as it enables correction with new bone formation, which is similar to the previous bone. Despite the high number of experimental studies of distraction osteogenesis in bone lengthening, the types of ossification and histological changes that occur in the regenerate of the bone transport process remain controversial.
Objective: The aim of this study is to provide the complete evolution of tissues and the types of ossification in the regenerate during the different phases of bone formation after BT until the end of the remodelling period.

Background: Cutaneous lupus in childhood is usually associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (LE). Linear cutaneous LE (LCLE) is an unusual presentation mostly seen in children and young adults.
Methods: We report a rare case of cutaneous subacute LE with a segmentary pattern following the lines of Blaschko in an 18-month-old girl with a 2-month history of persistent, linear, asymptomatic, erythematous lesions along the right arm.
