Objective: To assess and compare efficacy of 4-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (4D-HyCoSy) and X-ray hysterosalpingography (HSG) for fallopian tube examination.

Methods: Clinical data of patients with suspected tubal infertility, who underwent examinations in Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital from September 2021 to December 2023, were retrospectively analyzed. Of them, 40 patients received laparoscopy and dye test+ 4D-HyCoSy (4D-HyCoSy group), and 36 patients received laparoscopy and dye test +HSG (HSG group).

Background: T-shaped uterus is a subclass of dysmorphic uteri according to the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) classification. A T-shaped uterus might be related to poor reproductive outcomes or pregnancy complications. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to summarize the pregnancy outcomes of women di-agnosed with genital tuberculosis (GTB) who spontaneously conceived or underwent intrauterine in-semination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF) after being treated with antitubercular therapy (ATT). Pub-lications from the PubMed, Medline, Embase, Ovid, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar data-bases were searched from December 20, 2021, to March 5, 2022.
