The results of the clinico-roentgenologic and functional examination of 434 patients with different forms of pulmonary tuberculosis were subjected to analysis. The obstructive syndrome of ventilation disorders was detected in more than 60% of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The prevalent significance in its pathogenesis was played by disorders of patency of fine bronchi and air distribution in the lungs.

Investigation of 60 children with acute types and 45 children with latent types of larval paragonimiasis (LP) has revealed various clinical and x-ray manifestations of this disease, spread in the southern Primorski Territory. Three syndromes of this disease were singled out: toxico-allergic, abdominal and pulmonary. X-ray investigation showed characteristic LP symptoms: exudate in the pleural cavity, thickening of the wall, diaphragmatic and interlobular pleura, sometimes--pneumothorax.

In the article are presented the results of observation of 8 patients, aged 4-16 years, with Ehlers-Danlos++ syndrome, one of the most frequent hereditary disease with generalized affection of connective tissue. ++Clinico-roentgenologic characteristic of kyphotic-scoliotic++ deformity of vertebral column indicates its progressive nature, that determines indications for surgical intervention but concomitant changes of cardiovascular system should be considered. Preoperative preparation includes measures for vertebral column mobilization as well as pharmacotherapy with retabolil in combination with ascorbic acid, calcetrine and methyluracil++.

The results of clinical and x-ray investigations of 398 patients with disseminated pulmonary lesions were analyzed. Two groups were identified: patients with interstitial type of lesions (101) and patients with focal type of lesions (297). Proceeding from roentgeno-morphological correlations, the authors presented specified roentgeno-semiotics of 10 nosological entities with the syndrome of pulmonary dissemination.
