Background: To improve early intervention and personalise treatment for individuals early on the psychosis continuum, a greater understanding of symptom dynamics is required. We address this by identifying and evaluating the movement between empirically derived attenuated psychotic symptomatic substates-clusters of symptoms that occur within individuals over time.
Methods: Data came from a 90-day daily diary study evaluating attenuated psychotic and affective symptoms.

Background: Kidney transplant involves profound psychological, relational, and social changes for both the patients and their family context. Occasionally, the family or social support can be deemed "dysfunctional" as it fails to fully comprehend the patient's needs and requirements. Attachment style, which pertains to the motivation to seek proximity and care in relationships with caregivers, has a significative role in the social support system for transplant, therapeutic adherence, and maintenance of the transplanted organ.

Background: Compared with short-term practices, long-term yoga might promote differential qualitative and quantitative outcomes. Following JBI's and PRISMA-ScR guidelines, this scoping review followed an apriori and systematic protocol to document the long-term effects of yoga on neural, cognitive, psychological, and physiological outcomes, provide evidence maps for each yoga component, and summarize results identifying knowledge gaps and promising directions.
Methods: Four databases (PubMed, Cochrane, LILACS, and PubPsych) were last searched in March 2023.

Background And Hypothesis: Schizotypy is a well-established phenotype for psychosis proneness and risk. Yet, its genetic underpinnings and relations to genetic bases of the schizophrenia spectrum are not well understood owing to conflicting findings. In a deep phenotyping approach, we hypothesized that genetic markers of risk for and to schizophrenia are differentially associated with (trait-level) dimensions of schizotypy and (state-level) prodromal symptoms.
