Background: A surgical robot with force feedback can guarantee precise and gentle manipulation for endometrial repair, ensuring the effectiveness and safety of the manipulation. However, the design of force sensors for surgical robots is challenging due to the limited anatomical space and the requirement for continuous rotation.
Methods: This paper presents a novel force-sensing surgical instrument for endometrial repair, including an inner scraping instrument and an outer force sensing sheath.

Background And Aims: Understanding interspecific differences in plant growth rates and their internal and external drivers is key to predicting species responses to ongoing environmental changes. Annual growth rates vary among plants based on their ecological preferences, growth forms, ecophysiological adaptations, and evolutionary history. However, the relative importance of these factors remains unclear, particularly in high-mountain ecosystems experiencing rapid changes.

The same phenotypic pattern has conflicting interpretations at different evolutionary scales. Macroevolutionary patterns are thought to reflect greater evolutionary potential in later-forming segments, but microevolutionary patterns are thought to reflect less evolutionary potential and greater phenotypic plasticity.

We examined the association of sleep architecture with anatomical features observed in AD: (1) atrophy of hippocampus, entorhinal, inferior parietal, parahippocampal, precuneus, and cuneus regions ("AD-vulnerable regions") and (2) cerebral microbleeds.
Methods: In 271 participants of the Atherosclerosis Risk in the Communities Study, we examined the association of baseline sleep architecture with anatomical features identified on brain MRI 13∼17 years later.

Objective: To assess the effects of inferior vena cava and/or hepatic vein (IVC±HV) venoplasty on liver volumetry and function in individuals with Budd Chiari syndrome (BCS) who present with ascites and at least one patent hepatic vein.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 17 patients with BCS (6 males and 11 females, average age of 42.3 ± 11.
