Wilms tumor (WT) is the most common primary renal malignancy in the pediatric population and has very good overall survival with contemporary treatment protocols. In contrast, WT in adults is extremely rare and is associated with a poorer prognosis. The clinical presentation and imaging features of WT in adults are nonspecific and overlap with other more common forms of renal cancer, often leading to a delay in diagnosis.

Introduction: Appendiceal diverticulitis is an uncommon pathology that imitates acute appendicitis and is usually treated by appendicectomy.
Cases Presentation: We present two cases: a 50-year-old female patient and a 35-year-old male patient, both of whom presented with signs and symptoms of acute appendicitis and were managed accordingly. Final pathological examination confirmed the presence of an appendiceal diverticulum.

Purpose: To report a case of bilateral choroidal osteoma successfully treated with subscleral sclerectomy for secondary serous retinal detachment (SRD).
Observations: A 52-year-old Japanese woman first diagnosed with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease and treated with steroids for 9 years was referred to our clinic. SRD in both eyes recurred frequently and was uncontrolled with adalimumab subcutaneous injections and oral cyclosporine, in addition to steroids.

Purpose: The aim is to assess GPT-4V's (OpenAI) diagnostic accuracy and its capability to identify glaucoma-related features compared to expert evaluations.
Design: Evaluation of multimodal large language models for reviewing fundus images in glaucoma.
Subjects: A total of 300 fundus images from 3 public datasets (ACRIMA, ORIGA, and RIM-One v3) that included 139 glaucomatous and 161 nonglaucomatous cases were analyzed.

Background: To compare structural and vascular parameters between advanced pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PXG) and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).
Methods: One hundred and six eyes of 81 patients were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. All patients underwent complete ophthalmic examination and measurement of the thickness of the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and ganglion cell complex (GCC).
