Vaginal reconstruction is necessary for various congenital and acquired conditions, including vaginal aplasia, trauma, tumors, and gender incongruency. Current surgical and non-surgical treatments often result in significant complications. Decellularized vaginal matrices (DVMs) from human tissue offer a promising alternative, but require effective sterilization to ensure safety and functionality.

Accurate classification of logos is a challenging task in image recognition due to variations in logo size, orientation, and background complexity. Deep learning models, such as VGG16, have demonstrated promising results in handling such tasks. However, their performance is highly dependent on optimal hyperparameter settings, whose fine-tuning is both labor-intensive and time-consuming.

Accurate estimation of the soil resilient modulus (M) is essential for designing and monitoring pavements. However, experimental methods tend to be time-consuming and costly; regression equations and constitutive models usually have limited applications, while the predictive accuracy of some machine learning studies still has room for improvement. To forecast M efficiently and accurately, a new model named black-winged kite algorithm-extreme gradient boosting (BKA-XGBOOST) is proposed.

However, bottlenecks remain in characterizing theranostic targets, identifying theranostic lead compounds, and tailoring theranostic drugs. To overcome these bottlenecks, we present the Theranostic Genome, the part of the human genome whose expression can be utilized to combine therapeutic and diagnostic applications.

This study presents a comprehensive investigation into the intrinsic properties of RNiP (where R = Sm, Eu) filled skutterudite, employing the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method within density functional theory (DFT) simulations using the WIEN2k framework. Structural, phonon stability, mechanical, electronic, magnetic, transport, thermal, and optical properties are thoroughly explored to provide a holistic understanding of these materials. Initially, the structural stability of SmNiP and EuNiP is rigorously evaluated through ground-state energy calculations obtained from structural optimizations, revealing a preference for a stable ferromagnetic phase over competing antiferromagnetic and non-magnetic phases.
