Gastric schwannoma is a relatively rare submucosal mesenchymal tumor with low probability of metastasis and arises from Schwann cells of the gastrointestinal nervous plexus. Surgical therapy is the main treatment of gastric schwannoma with symptoms or malignant tendency. Gastroparesis is a potential complication following gastrointestinal surgery, which is a clinical syndrome caused by gastric emptying disorder and characterized by nausea, vomiting, and bloating, resulting in insufficient nutrient intake.

Objectives: To investigate the correlation between gastric xanthoma (GX) and precancerous lesions (PCL) and gastric cancer (GC), and to explore other potential risk factors for PCL and GC in northwest China.
Methods: A case-control study was conducted from September 2022 to September 2023 at Xijing Hospital, Air Force Medical University (Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China). The patients who underwent gastroscopy were enrolled and divided into the chronic gastritis (CG) group (n = 423), PCL group (n = 422), and GC group (n = 415).

Background: Current methods to measure intragastric pH in horses have limitations. A wireless capsule has been designed for continuous esophageal pH monitoring in humans.
Objectives: To (1) determine the feasibility and describe the methodology of measuring intragastric pH wirelessly in horses; and (2) determine attachment duration of the capsules.

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between concentrations of NH600001 and sedation efficacy based on data from phase I-II studies and factors influencing the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of NH600001. The dataset consisted of 2 phase I studies in healthy subjects and 1 phase II study in patients undergoing gastroscopy.
