Introduction: Macrophage-inducible C-type lectin (Mincle) has emerged as a potential contributor to neuropathic pain induction and neuroinflammatory responses within the spinal cord. Moreover, evidence suggests a close association between toll-like receptor (TLR) and Mincle expression in myeloid cells. This study evaluated the effectiveness of Mincle antibodies in neuropathic pain and identified the epitope of these antibodies.

Inoculation of Bothrops jararaca snake venom (BjV) induces thrombocytopenia in humans and various animal species. Although several BjV toxins acting on hemostasis have been well characterized in vitro, it is not known which one is responsible for inducing thrombocytopenia in vivo. In previous studies, we showed that BjV incubated with metalloproteinase or serine proteinase inhibitors and/or anti-botrocetin antibodies still induced thrombocytopenia in rats and mice.

Methods: Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened using the GSE106680, GSE97537, and GSE61616 datasets, and hub genes were identified through construction of protein-protein interaction networks.

While the focus has often been on restoring organogenesis stem cells, there is limited investigations of reverting the environmental niche to support this approach. The guiding principle of "Nature selects the fittest to survive" drives the intricate dynamic changes in cellular events within the niche environment, especially through immune surveillance.
