Proximal humeral fractures (PHF), ranking as the third most common osteoporotic fractures, pose a significant challenge in management. With a rising incidence in an aging population, controversy surrounds surgical versus nonoperative treatments, particularly for displaced 3- and 4-part fractures in older patients. Locking plates (LP) and proximal intramedullary nails (PHN) are primary choices for surgical intervention, but both methods entail complications.

Introduction: This report describes the use of a combination of a retrograde femoral nail and distal femur locking plate for the treatment of an open intra-articular distal femur fracture in a 99-year-old female. The purpose of this report is to highlight that nail-plate fixation constructs can be performed percutaneously and expeditiously even in extremely old patients; therefore, patient age should not be a limiting factor in choosing this construct to allow for immediate weight-bearing.
Case Report: The patient was a 99-year-old female who presented to the emergency room after a fall.

Introduction: Olecranon fractures account for 5-7% of elbow fractures, making them a common injury. The majority of these fractures are treated surgically because they are intra-articular and can disrupt the elbow extensor mechanism. Mayo Type II fractures are displaced with a stable ulnohumeral joint, indicating intact ligamentous structures, particularly the anterior portion of the medial collateral ligament.

Purposes: The objective of this study was to investigate intra-articular distal radius fractures, aiming to provide a comprehensive analysis of fracture patterns and discuss the corresponding treatment strategies for each pattern.
Methods: 294 cases of intra-articular distal radius fractures lines were collected and clustered thorough K-means and hierarchical clustering algorithm. The demographic data of patients and the clinical treatment outcomes were recorded.

Background: Intra-articular and comminuted fractures of the calcaneus constitute a significant orthopedic challenge. Calcaneal fracture management should primarily aim to achieve good clinical and biomechanical outcomes, pain reduction, and normal function following treatment.
Research Question: How does Ilizarov treatment of calcaneal fractures affect gait parameters?
Methods: This retrospective study included 21patients (7 women, 14 men) who were treated for intra-articular calcaneal fractures with the Ilizarov method in the period 2021-2022.
