Objectives: To assess long-term outcomes (up to 10 cycles) of repeated intradetrusor botulinum toxin (BoNT) utilisation in multiple sclerosis (MS) and idiopathic overactive bladder (OAB).
Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective, international, multi-centre, observational cohort study of patients diagnosed with MS and neurogenic OAB and treated with intradetrusor BoNT between January 2005 and January 2020 (just prior to COVID-19 interruption). Dose, efficacy, duration of effect, International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Overactive Bladder (ICIQ-OAB) and International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Urinary Incontinence (ICIQ-UI) measures and complication rates were recorded.

Objective: To evaluate in a systematic review the outcomes, benefits, and limitations of robot-assisted surgeries for paediatric neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD), as robot-assisted techniques have emerged as a potential alternative, offering enhanced precision, dexterity, and visualisation.
Methods: This review was registered in the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO identifier CRD42023464849) and adhered to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. We included studies of paediatric patients (aged <18 years) with neurogenic LUTD undergoing robot-assisted continence surgery, assessing safety and efficacy.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bladder function training combined with pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and its impact on urodynamics.
Methods: This was a clinical comparative study. A total of 120 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury admitted to Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital of Capital Medical University and Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups (n= 60/group).

This case report presents a complex and challenging scenario of recurrent () bacteremia and tricuspid valve endocarditis in a 77-year-old male patient with multiple comorbidities and indwelling medical devices. The patient's medical history was significant for T4 paraplegia, neurogenic bladder requiring a chronic indwelling suprapubic catheter, heart block status post-permanent pacemaker placement, type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, and chronic sacral wounds. The case highlights the difficulties in managing antibiotic-resistant infections, particularly in patients with implantable devices and chronic wounds.
