This review focuses on uterine mesenchymal tumors that are defined on a molecular level by a single and unique genetic alteration, that is somehow necessary and sufficient to allow tumor growth and progression. Although diverse from a clinical, morphological and immunohistochemical point of view, the different entities we are going to talk about share both a simple genomic profile with a low number of chromosomal alterations observed by CGH Array (few deletions, gains or amplifications..

Purpose: To compare clinical and radiological outcomes of medial opening wedge high tibial osteotomy (MOWHTO) using two different alignment methods: the alignment rod (AR) versus the gap measurement (GM) method. The primary outcome was to report the surgical accuracy of coronal plane corrections in each method.
Methods: Patients who underwent MOWHTO with either AR or GM method between 2014 and 2022 at a single institution, with a minimum of 2 years of follow-up, were included.

Background: Arthrogenic muscle inhibition (AMI) is a process in which neural inhibition after injury or surgery to the knee results in quadriceps activation failure and knee extension deficit.
Purpose: To determine the incidence and spectrum of the severity of AMI after acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury using the Sonnery-Cottet classification, to determine the interobserver reliability of the classification system, and to investigate potential important factors associated with AMI after ACL injury.
Study Design: Case-control study; Level of evidence, 3.

Protein function is generally dependent on its subcellular localization. In gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, a protein can be targeted to five different compartments: the cytoplasm, the inner membrane, the periplasm, the outer membrane, and the extracellular medium. Different approaches can be used to determine the protein localization within cell such as in silico identification of protein signal sequences and motifs, electron microscopy and immunogold labeling, optical fluorescence microscopy, and biochemical technics.

Background: Full-field optical coherence tomography combined with dynamic cell imaging (D-FFOCT) is a new, simple-to-use, nondestructive, quick technique that can provide sufficient spatial resolution to mimic histopathological analysis. The objective of this study was to evaluate diagnostic performance of D-FFOCT for one-stop rapid diagnosis breast clinic.
Methods: Dynamic full-field optical coherence tomography was applied to fresh, untreated breast and nodes biopsies.
